That, that's what I meant, he would be untouchable since he has so much range, I can picture a situation where the Sephiroth player is spamming forward air, and the other player not being able to get through it, since you can use the C stick to do a retreating forward air.
I'll figure something out, okay? Zheesh. There are ways around this. |

He's not overpowered in Dissidia, or Dissidia 012, and also, I think DO's collab is getting pretty close to being balanced, since Sephiroth has some end lag after his moves. |

Yeah... huge range and speed are op even if there is low killing power. Maybe just medium speed, med-low power, but high range? Just a thought. Also I like the idea of him having some spells. But I would like them to be kinda like how SDoom did with cloud how each covered different areas. I may have to check that out. I only tried one of the first versions of the collab, but it was pretty damn overpowered, and I didn't care for it. I guess alot has changed; I will probably get it to hold me over. |

Sorry for being off-topic, I just wanted to point out... Neo doesn't work. At all. He glitch-runs off ledges, has no sideB, and all other B moves are unchanged. PLZ to fix?

About Neo: FitSnake.pac, FitSnakeMotionEtc.pac, yes? That's all that's in the .rar. Date modified for both files is September 24, 2010. Should be a bit more recent than that, considering the upload date, yes?
Edit: also, a lot of the time, I get this: "The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable.

I updated my java and I still get that error :l
could u send me a download link to the files that the java exacutable thing that updates the psa that's in the lib folder makes? I know it's probably just the "atributes" file, but I have a feeling that's why my snake psa froze >_<
cause I did everything in the tut exactly how you said :l
