if spider man was over someone that could catch by distance with chain/vines/etc it would be good but idkn since spider man inst over link or samus so he cant use the chain to catch so i guess someone needs to be inventive xD

u can always fake a chain grab...
there is a bone which has the grab collision, so, just have that bone animated, and use the whip just to make it look good... *points at sephiroth's sword-grab*

Problem is the fact that Cpt Falcon (from a PSA point of view not a vertex point of view) is an absolutely horrible choice for Spiderman. Falcon has no articles, a fairly poor file size limit, a restrictive Final Smash, no form of tether (which is something Spiderman would NEED) and only 2 external graphic effect model slots. Working with him for Viewtiful Joe was a pain in the ass on a number of occasions.
From a PSA standpoint, I'd say Sheik is a better choice. Sure you lose out on one attack but consider how much you gain. You gain a projectile you can actually edit (to act as his Web Ball), you get a useful tether (Web Swing) and a lot of Sheik's moves by default suit Spiderman fantastically. Though a new vertex would need to be done and I doubt that will happen since I know people are more than contempt with jokekid's over Falcon ^^
As for Final Smash? There is only one option...

maybe some could port jokekid spider vertex to sheik? it would solve the problem xD
also turning spider carnage for the FS would be sick xD and we need ben reilly costume if hes gonna shoot web balls xD
