I'm not having this issue, the ones I'm having are the common ones:

When he wins, he's not doing his victory pose, he just starts hopping the floor, or does the "dizzy" animation of Marth.

It's probably the stage, he works fine for me.

It's not the stage I went to 4 different ones and i used a stage and character without hacks so it's Sephiroth.

Which one did you download? Mediafire link or uploading link?

^So it's either Sephiroth or the texture you're using. Try a different texture and see if that works.

It could have downloaded corrupted, try downloading it again, won't last long now that he changed to Mediafire.

Now the match starts but when he moves(any button) it freezes and hes doing that one thing with both of his arms up (don't know what it's called) This happens on all textures

T-pose? Try redownloading, the file could be corrupted, and make sure you have all of the files in the folder.

I have both your Sephiroth and SDoom's Viewtiful Joe, and for some reason when I face Viewtiful Joe with Sephy, it freezes when I select a stage. Does that happen to anyone else?
