Aight ive been searching for quite some time on how to edit clr0 files can somone plz tell me once i know how i should b coming out with a lot of effects textures but right nwo im stuck is there a guide somewhere?

You know, I asked a similar question relating to Yoshi's CLR0 file, but I eventually learned that that CLR0 file is designed to show the player the remaining strength of Yoshi's egg shield; the shield will show signs of breaking when the egg gets darker.

Mr. G&W's CLR0 files can be edited with the GWitizer Beta.  All the other CLR0 files, I'm not too sure about.

Yeah... you're pretty much on your own. Outside of my G&W guide (on the blog) there isn't any documentation. Just grab a hex editor, check out the CLR0 files (if you look the pac as a whole, just ASCII search for CLR0) and try figuring it out. --- Actual colors usually take on a RRGGBB00 format, though a lot of other changes can be made by modifying pointers (again, G&W tutorial --- it points out where they are for him, outside of that... dunno)

k thx i hope i can figure it out im wanting to edit the effects textures alot mroe than i am

So what you're saying is that if we find them, we can't edit them?

OMG. It is easy to edit CLR0s. And yes, they are editable but only through Hex Editor.

And you can edit effects without the CLR0s and VIS0s and SCN0s(SCN0s are only for stages and menus).

EDIT: Stages are hard to change the CLR0. =P

well, i can't hex, so could someone make meta have a white tornado?
