If you'll allow me to give a small critique on Geno (after looking at him in BrawlBox for a Texture idea I am working on)?
Geno needs to have his vertexing perfected, and by perfected, I mean some of the vertices need a small fixing. A good example being the hip area where the legs and hips meet. They need to be flattened out somehow.
Another one is the way some vertices affect the face and arm textures. There is a noticeable angle on the face and both arms that needs fine tuning (or straightening out) so that anything put on them comes out in a straight line. Geno also has a couple of small, albeit almost unnoticeable holds where the hat meets the head.
They aren't a priority, but fixing those would benefit texture hacking on Geno immensely.
I would do these myself...-but I can't due to Collada not wanting to wok on my Windows 7 for some odd reason, even though I have the needed plugin for 3DSMAX 8.

The face and lower arms however both have verts that veer off on top of the arm, it makes the straight lines I had in the texture look not as good as I would hope. The area on the hips I was talking about should also be fixed. -and if you're going to do one with a vest instead of a cape, make the one with a cape available too (though I think that may have been your plan from the beginning). |

Roy is beautiful, but I'm not sure if you noticed/someone else has mentioned but during the win pose where he sticks one arm out his face does crazy ass things. It's very disturbing lol.
