Yeah, you'll likely need a custom IOS ... been a while since I last set up USB loader on 4.2.
Just try if it works without installing a custom IOS. If it doesn't work I might be able to help you when I get back home. I should still have the required files on my SD card.

The reason why I said try Neogamma was because Configurable USB Loader didn't work with my 8GB USB. It works with my 2GB USBs. Anyways, you'll need Hermes's cIOS 222 and 223.

Is there a version of Hermes cios without download things from the internet, like on that uses the files at the root of your sd card?

Download this and go back to the page I mentioned earlier and follow the steps in the 'offline NUS downloads' part of the guide. Then try loading Hermes cios installer again. It should install the wads you downloaded with NUS.
