need help with stage texture

im making a stage texture for brinstar. when i try to create it, it asks if i want to add textures with palettes. i hit y for yes, but it makes a file called "uncompressed.tmp" right off and the create just stops. idk y this happens but if u can help ull be my best pal

What are you using. ASHSTAGE or STASH?

STASH, ive never even heard of the other thing

Send me the STASH folder with the textures in them. I'll fix em.

i use just ASH tools. ive never heard of STASH. is that what i need to be using???

ok thanks but can u explain how? and i only have 1 image edited, im just trying to test and see how it looks.

ASH is for characters, STASH is for stages

which one did you edit. (Which folder)

Well. Reextract the stage and plug in your edits...

the stage works when i dont add palette textures, but if i do i still get the .tmp file straight off and not the stage

the +2 files still arent working for me
