Looks like it's gonna be Groudon? I like him and all, but Bowser's moveset already fits him, really.
I would much rather see Guile, Banjo, K. Rool, and others.

Do remember that there's plenty of hype with all the other choices up there. Banjo and a few others even had PSA hype before there was a vertex/texture made of them.
Anyways, Aafyre makes the final call, and I understand if you go ahead with Groudon.

Guile would be cool, but he has one glaring problem
He only has two specials to work from: Sonic Boom and Flash Kick
He has a ton of normals, but two specials. What else can you do apart from this? Sure he has his supers and ultras, but they're just better variations of his said specials rather than new moves. You'd literally have to make up two completely new moves.
As for K.Rool, he'd be almost impossible to make well because of Dedede being such an ass in PSA. You can only open his .pac in a certain version and with a certain .pac, and this version devours file space. Why do you think there haven't been ANY PSAs of Dedede yet apart from KJ's enhanced Dedede?
If I were personally to break apart the poll, here're my personal opinions (which are partially influenced by the character's compatibility with PSA).
Sub Zero - I'm one of the few that doesn't really care much for him. Like, at all. Never liked Mortal Kombat and despite the fact that Aafyre wrote a nice moveset for him, I wouldn't be able to get into him and enjoy making him.
Boba Fett - Quite like to make him. Based upon Aafyre's moveset, it's pretty creative and would be fun to make because he feels different.
Etna - Don't know much about the character, so I'd need moveset help here. However, Disgaea seems like a wacky game and Peach doesn't have much attention.
Bowser Jr - I actually said to Starwaffle at some point that I would quite like to collaborate a moveset with him. No clue when it would happen though...
Psychryphias - Aafyre's OC. I honestly can say nothing about this at all. Soooo.....I won't 
Electabuzz - Shame he literally has no votes. Diddy has no PSAs apart from KJ's Mojo and I personally thought he'd be pretty cool to do. Heck he doesn't even have anyone ported over him. Though I'd have a feeling that I'd feel a bit short of ideas on him
Ifrit - Know nothing about the character at all apart from the fact it's from FF (I'm assuming it's this one you're talking about). However, it would be nice to have a DK PSA that isn't a Shadow port...
Blanka - Similar to above, except I actually know the character. Though he'd be quite hard. His specials mainly consists of, well, rolling....But it's definitely possible
Vega - I actually said I'd do a Vega moveset over Marth for xZed AAAAAAAAGES ago. It unfortunately died (it wasn't any good anyway) but now that I'm better it's a possibility. But he's received no love either and he'd be completely overshadowed by my Spidey PSA XD
Seymour - See Ifrit, minus the comments about DK. Though as far as Zelda goes, she's pretty decent to work with. It'd be quite funny turning her into a guy too XD
Vaati - Toon Link is a good character to work with, and Vaati is pretty awesome with all his dark magic. I think I could whip up something unique for him (with the help of a certain Okami loving user of course XD)
Frog - I know almost nothing about Chrono Trigger either. Though I do know that there was that one epic scene where Frog sliced a mountain in half. Again, Toon Link is good to work with so there is some good possibility here
Gardevoir - I've always quite liked Gardevoir as a Pokemon. But it's one of those Pokemon that would be quite dull and/or complex to do as a moveset. It doesn't really have anything that defines it as a Pokemon, or even as a Psychic type. That's what all Pokemon movesets need imo. Something that defines them.
Groudon - See last page XD
Hammer Bros - Ice Climbers are definitely in dire need of a moveset, but again, what basis is there? What do they do apart from basic hammer swings and throws? It would take some real ingenuity to come up with something imaginative and fun for them. There's a high chance that the moveset would just come off as feeling very generic and dull. That and Ice Climbers scare me PSA wise....
Light Yagami - Nothing I can really say here at all. I know nothing about Death Note and I don't even know what character he would be over XD
A Wrestler - One of the main problems is that wrestlers half rely on grappling moves to be good, and as of yet it's impossible to properly add and program a grappling attack because it requires you to program additional stuff for EVERY character in the game (you have to program specifically how they react to the grab, as in you can't recycle other types of grabs if that makes any sense....)
Banjo - As I said, he'd be cool. Mario is pretty diverse as a character for PSAing. This was already proven by MarioDK and Anivernage.
Guile - See above outside the spoiler
Animal Crosser - Again, some ingenuity would be required here. They'd need a variety of weapons and utensils. However, Ness is good to work with and this could potentially come out pretty well. My main problem would be normals. Imaginative normals that vary a lot from Ness'
Balthier - See previous comments on FF characters 
But of course, the final decision is down to Aafyre. I guess I'd just have to put up with it no matter what is chosen ^^'

Anyone would find it difficult to do a light yagami moveset.
Seeing as he only has one thing going for him - the deathnote.
And that sort of thing would be way overpowered....

i think groudon wonned fair a square why make another pool? also pokemon doesnt have almost any psas in the vault it has scyther zoroark both by kijiglipuff mewtwo and pichu bors thats it how is that too much 4 psas? and mewtwo and zoroark are over the same character so we can only have 2 extra pokemon psa on the rooster

And there would've been still, like, a lot of space for you to make your own decisions about it... but I'm going Off-Topic.

Well, like, basically:
He has a magical evil notebook that he can use to kill people by, like, writing their names in it. He can add in some circumstances, and, like, make them commit suicide, and that's, like, about it.

Ah. I always wondered why King Weedede never had PSAs. Thanks for confirming that, SDo0m.
I forgot about Etna being one of the choices. I'd love a PSA for her to be made.

Haha, well the Light Yagami was sort of a joke, but it is one of my most wanted to see movesets. The idea would be that while he charges his smash attacks, he writes in his Death Note, and when you let go, an effect happens, like a car comes by to run them over, or something falls from the sky. Problem is, he'd need a lot of objects to work with. I know Peach has quite a few weapons. Maybe one could be replaced with a car from that Earthbound stage. And for an Up B, He could summon Ryuk to fly him upwards for a bit. I'm not sure if this can be done either, but those Zero/Naruto PSAs can at least summon copies of themselves.
Plus he uses a scythe in some promotional images...... >.<
Oh, and I could probably make a pretty nice noose out of Peach's tennis racket lol

Well, I've seen many ports over Ganon because of how much items you can work with. That's how Tabuu was made over Ganondorf. |

A thing about Groudon, I believe that he is the only legendary pokemon that's vertexed. Most of the others are imports. It's probably a reason for the large amounts of votes.
And I'm not a fan of Mortal Combat either. So I have no hype for Sub-Zero. Unless it was the DC Sub-Zero, then that's a different story...
