What about Turbo Fox, and that diddy kong one, where his tail is on fire (i forgot the name), that one was pretty powerful. Theres also OMFG Toon Link. Also for Sonic is Super Sayian Sonic, with infinite time stop, you cant get any godlier than that.

Are galactic knight and celestial kirby really at Onlaught's level? I don't want to download them for nothin.

Nope, they're more of a weaker overpower, but they're pretty strong.

How about on a scale of KingJiggly's enhanced characters? Better or worse?

Kingjigglypuff said himself that he didnt want them to be on par with onslaught, but yeah they could be up there with celestial kirby, and galactic knight. However the enhanced characters really only have buffed up movesets and speed (better combo ability), nothing is really overpowered about them other than their inescapable A combo. So probably they wont be included.
