It's also illegal to distribute Brawl's content, but people still do it.

sndconv.exe is part of nintendo's SDK that was leaked. If you want the SDK then go torrent it for yourself.

distributing brawls files may be bad but distributing the SDK, especially in a forum related to brawl hacking, is far worse and would run the risk of this forum being shut down and all others associated with it.
