 I like, ^ B freezes your character, until hit. Other than that glitch this seems like a keeper. Although it's not red, I like what you did for the Cero. Maybe use the red beam that shoots out from the edge of the stage when someone dies?!

thats good. some of his moves seem ... recycled, i was hoping for more originality. but thats just meh.
also can you erase IKEs voice please? just doesnt fit ya know?

 Well if you insist! I'm at my school library so I don't know what your up-B is yet since the last I played it, there was the glitch (that you fixed). Here's a list of ideas that might help improve this PSA: Flash Step: have him disappear and re-appear off to the right or left depending on which direction you hold, with a red glow. If the opponent is near have it deal dark damage. Sword Twirl: In the anime one of his signature moves was when he twirls his sword creating sparks on the ground! This would be a cool up A move or even a taunt (that deals damage). Sword Throw: Not sure if this one is entirely possible, but it would be pretty cool if you found a way to have him throw his sword and retrieve it kinda like Toon Link's boomerang. Glare: Have like a sparkle near his head and have the enemy stunned if they're near. Tetsa Zangetsu: Have him do like a quick dash, similar to Fox's >B. I like what you did for the Cero and the Getsuga Tenshow (looks great)! Maybe have them both with less knock-back though! They both seem way too overpowered (not that overpowered is a bad thing, but I beat 2 Level 9's in Brawl Minus on a team without trying, using those attacks)! Hope this helps!

As for the credits...  I made the vertex, and I'm pretty sure you used Apprentice of death's texture. I'm not using your psa, sorry  Tiny bit overpowered... |

Well, you could definitely fix the distance between Ichigo and the Super Cero on the final smash, it's a bit far. Also, for some reason I just don't like the down-B. I realize it's supposed to be overpowered, but I have to agree with Quanno, I'll play around with it, but I probably won't keep it (Even though I love Bleach). The graphics are a bit odd on the up-B too.
On a side note, someone needs to make a good vertex'd model of Hollow Ichigo. They made one, but it's on Marth. For the time being, I'm using the Grimmjow model for this PSA.

Hmm...well his down b move could be a counter move where he blocks an attack, vanishes, and strikes from behind (like Lucario's Double Team). His Up B move could use a change as well. It's great and all, but aside from making Hollow Ichigo invulnerable it's pretty much a risky move since you simply go up. The Getsuga Tensho and Cero move are great so keep them (though you might want to tone them down a little).
That's all that I can think of at the moment.

What I wouldn't mind having is a balanced version of him (aka Supressed Hollow Ichigo). An alternate FS (for those who seem to dislike the PWNing Ultimate Cero) would also be nice.

I completely agree with BlazingBarrager, except that I think the final smash is fine. But a balanced version would be really good.
