why isnt my file patch code working!!( and SD card setup) PLEASE READ

It's been a while since I looked... but that sounds like an entirely different thing altogether. Despite the code being called file patch code, there is an option in gecko also called this.

In gecko options you want "file patch" off and "codes" on.

well it didnt freez but it also said no codes were fornd, so the codes folder doesnt go in another folder named gecko?

well the it said codes were found and i got all the way to the character menu and chose link, but when i selected a stage my game froze

Try different character hacks, could just be a bad file.
