Individual Character SFX?

Is this possible? For example, I'd like to replace Meta Knight's sounds with Shy Guy sounds to match the Shy Guy hack for him. If it is possible to do so, is it possible to do it for individual textures, or would it simply replace all of Meta Knight's sounds?
