I've been wandering for a while what it was...
Either if it's on a character or a stage, it sometimes has data called "str0."
I know it "animates" or something like that.
I just wanted to know EXACTLY what it was and how do you create/edit them.

    I believe they're actually called SRT0
    animated textures (don't quote me on that)

    unfortunatly I have no clue on how to edit... yet...

    Yeh i think its the file that strings together an animated texture (cant remember if it was this exact file extension, but sounds familiar).
