realy need help install

Hi guys, I'm new in the world of brawl's hacks.

I have follow the noob's guie just right here : http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=12169.0
But I can't succes part : A/Homebrew channel
In fact, I'm in version 4.3EU and when I put the smashstak's private folder on my SD card nothing happen next, even if I'm on stage builder or wii menu....

Please tell me what I'm doing wrong  

I so much want to play with Lloyd or any one of the other awesome characters you've made.  

EDIT : oh crap, I just notice that I need the USA ver. of brawl for installing homebrew channel ...but i've a Euro wii...... god damn it...some one know a solution ?

There may be a version of the installer that works with any region. In cases like this, Google is your best friend. Also, check bannerbomb or smashstack's websites, as you will most likely find something of the matter there.
