I know it's a dumb question but, would it be possible to remove Samus' head and put ZSS' head there instead?

Probably PSA. There is, however, a hack over Peach that makes it look like a Helmetless Samus.

Yes, I have the very same hack already.
But I just wanted to know HOW as I believe the same thing was done for Shadow too (but I wasn't sure....)

No. Shadow was made from just renaming Sonic's quills and moving them.

You have to either vertex the helmet or PSA the head on Samus.

I don't think I'm good enough to vertex the helmet into Samus' head, how do you PSA it their exactly?

Take an article, probably one of Samus's weapons, and replace it with ZSS's head. You would then, in the PSA, make it so that Samus's head is in every animation.

Small file size may make this a huge pain too.

    I don't woory about that...
I havn't had any filesize probs...

I've mentioned my trick like 5 times already... but I'll mention it again...

create these files and put them in the pf directory:

    dummy1.dat
    dummy2.dat
    border.dat

now open those in a hex editor and add 1 byte of '00' to them

save that and run brawl Cheesy

    there you go Wink
~3GB file space cleared for ya

you have been through a lot of hassle. I've watched every topic you posted on this, and most of them seemed to disintegrate gradually.
But the coolest part was that you didn't stop working on it despite that.
