Install Winrar, after doing so, right click the Complete Rosalina file and look for an EXTRACT option.

You gotta open it with BrawlBox, which is in the BrawlVault resources.

After you install Winrar, you'll be able to just right-click (Mouse click, right side) the "Complete Rosalina" file and pick "Extract..."

Common3.pac is a .pac file which you open with Brawl Box. It'll just show a few directories on Brawl Box, it's not that it'd open a Common3 folder.

when i try to open it it says it cant open the file but it says that for other textures too
