    Well you can also add the hold A pummel, like Hollow's HI and Death Ganon, both having a pummel where it loops and keeps on hitting the grabbed person until they break out. It's so you don't exhaust your fingers from mashing.

    Are you going to make this a power Pika, a speed demon Pika, a combo master Pika, or all of the above?

    Uhh...Probably all of the above..  because the psa is gonna have two move sets.

    Too drab. Try thinking of something more destructive than that, like raining shadows? It'll be like thunder yet it's shadows falling and there are more going across the battle field, landing in random places and covering more distance than the bridge of Eldin so there's no escape Tongue What a perfect idea.

    If you mean flag you know what to do. If you need to replace the article/external graphics just import any other GFX of Pikas or just replace it with a universal graphic.

    but i cant modify the thunder bolt because there is no GFX, article or collision bubble.
    the only thing i see in that move is:

    Asynchronous Timer= 13 frames
    Bit Variable Set: RA-bit[16]= true

    thats it... i think that the move can only be modified by the Motion.pac file.

    Oh yeah, since most textures of the lightning were recolors in the motions. Well, now you can make a model edit to anything you want. Since you're a PSAer, try asking BBB to make a model edit. I was thinking maybe he can make a lightning size version of the darkness at 1:15 in the video here:

    Final Smash could involve him spinning, invincible, then a huge hitbox that has no damage or knockback, but breaks shields no matter the size, then have a time manipulation, slow it down, and give a huge kill hitbox. This means there literally is no escape, even shields won't work.

    A slow time manipulation would give no time to react, but a faster time manipulation would make it almost impossible to shield the hitbox. You can choose which is better.

    You mean have Pikachu jump to the middle of the screen, start spinning like his screw attack animation, not give damage or knockback, like a no damage version of Neo's B attack, have it break anybodies shield if it's up, have a time stop occur like Dark Link's B attack, and then a HUGE hit box that instantly kills the opponent and goes through shields as well so it hits the opponent no matter what.

    Good ideas for a third FS but instead of just the shield breaking have anybody not holding the shield go into a very long shield break status.

    I kinda meant making USP be able to make insane combos and specials like that with his own moves, not the moves in the vid but if you can't I'm fine with that.
