i downloaded files 4 da charecters changed RAR. there are 2 types pac and pcs is dat normal

Yes, it's normal. The .pac is for one player modes and transforming characters like Zelda and the Pokemon and the .pcs is for multiplayer modes.

omg i think dat a .pac is used for adventure mode and online so u can see teh texture on ther person ur battling, plus sum chars need it like PT zalda bowser.  The .pcs is the regular 1 dat you need, you can use dem both by puttin them both in teh correct Fighter folder
