The Up-Taunt on both Scyther movesets has been fixed so that the Up-Taunt shouldn't be freezing anymore.

But you can defeat them without a slightly broken PSA that has a spammable move. Its like you people think Wave made those PSA's for us to use. He said they were BOSSES.
the part where you say you can defeat it easy makes sense. as for the rest... wtf? that's what people do, they make psas for people to use. and saying that something is a boss doesn't make it un-godly. if anything it makes it more godly. but the fact that you can defeat it easy is much better proof. |

Dotz is one hundred percent right. It's not the fact that it can beat MAX Onslaught, it's the fact that if both were used in Brawl against each other, the outcome would be the same.
For example: I use MAX to kill XXX, and live with 1 life left. I use XXX to kill MAX, and live with 1 life left. Using Kira, maybe I'll be able to beat MAX, but with MAX, I would simply toy with Kira, since Kira is a stupid CPU and won't be using the right moves I used as Kira. I've also tested Scyther, and I'm prepared to add it.
