I just tried out Spectral Luigi and it's pretty epic. I don't think it's very broken though, but the Final Smash is epic.

Actually, there are very few good "balanced" PSAs partly because balancing a PSA properly is very hard to do. Most of the balanced PSAs are overpowered in one department or another. But to be honest, so is most of Brawl's roster.
Making overpowered PSAs is a lot easier though. I plan on making an overpowered Super Shadow to go with my balanced one. |

Alpha Toon Link is almost but not quite godly, but the main issue is that at one point, he froze the game.
Pity I don't remember how. I'll make my own Toon Link PSA anyway.

Twilight Ganondorf is just about done, all I need to do is make the RAR file, post it on mediafire, and either take pictures, make a video, or both.

Yeah, I like Spectral Luigi's FS. I died twice from it with a broken character once. It's long.
If someone makes a broken Luigi I'll probably be keeping Spectral Luigi's FS.

lol dunno how to edit final smashes O_0 is it hard? And "light ball pikachu" really....have you SEEN his final smash...like at all >_> Nintendo can say what they want but that definately is NOT bolt tackle lol looks more like a spirit bomb flying around the stage XD Though I might try surf if I could figure it out :l Making new anims for pikachu would be cake too  |
