King Jiggs made in overpowered version of Sdo0m's Dissidia Cloud in the description of it's brawl vault post. It doesn't have it's own vault post, however, so I don't know if you'll accept it.

That's because I linked them to it in the list in the Brawl Battle Pack. I don't want to lead someone to something without previews, so I stated that the Brawl Battle Pack has a lot of these characters, including Aqua Rob. I'll probably put him under Rob's name though, considering it seems to be very demanded for the list. |

I never thought this day could come, but it's looking like it's on its way.
Olimar, Dedede, GnW, Lucas, Luigi (Weegee's on his way), and Toon Link.
I'd rather not shortcut my way with Enhanced characters.
Please keep your eyes peeled for the aforementioned characters.

Weegee Is now finished! I wouldn't say completely godlike, but he is pretty powered up. (Maybe enough to stand a chance against normal onslaught falcon with a good luigi player)
The only thing stopping him from being completely overpowered is his specials, which I have yet to make a full concept of.
His side tilt does a [censored] ton of damage if you use it rapidly. and it heals 15% damage per hit. Or at least it should.
His dash attack has huge knockback on the last hit
Most attacks have 4 knockback growth, including the ones that weren't changed much.
His front and back air also strike downward as well as out in front.
Keep in mind though, it IS a beta, so he's not quite finished just yet *nod*

Just a note
I will be doing a kakashi psa soon over snake.
He will be based on his Con 3 but he'll play a little differently.
His down taunt has him taking off his mask to show everyone, then white light stuns people and does 30% damage to anyone close enough XD
I'm awating some custom animations. So I won't start the project till I have those :3
But rest assured, he will be op =3 cause thats how naruto characters are supposed to be XD
