I actually decided to make it his side smash instead, but I take it you like that idea? XD
BTW: It's a custom animation, I made it myself :P You might also be excited to hear this.

Neutral B (First Charge): standing Chidori in front of him
Neutral B (Second Charge): Standing Chidori above his head.
Neutral B (Third Charge): Running Chidori with the "chidori current" at the end of the dash. Possible Meteor smash during the chidori current part.

Up B: Substitution Jutsu
Side B + Down B(In the air): Chidori Spear
Side B Air: Chidori Senbon
Down B(Ground): Mud Wall Jutsu

Dash Attack: Head Hunter Jutsu (He will literally "disappear" into the ground :P )

FS: Mangekyou Sharingan
Pt 1: Time slows down for a few moments as kakashi reaches for his headband
Pt 2: The screen shakes rapidly, controlers rumble as well.
Pt 3: He activates the jutsu (It will be snakes "NOW" sound, without a sound pack, with one it will be him shouting Mongekyou Sharingan! ) pulling everyone into a red void.
Pt 4: HUGE hitboxes stun all enemies with 20% damage, after that Electricity at 20% damage.

Other Notes: If I can make it look good enough, he will do the proper handseals for all of the chidori moves. Failing that he will do the simple, three seal chidori he used on the bridge against zabuza.

YES he IS going to perform the handseals as part of the animations. And they'll be as fast as in the anime too. ^+^

wow, thnx 4 putting my super mr game and watch (im making an even more overpowered one with superman powers soon!!!) so make sure u put it once it cumz ^_^

its really awesome and hez got dark magic

Your Game and watch was a little difficult to put on the vault as V1, but V2 came and it was perfect. You should add more epic damage moves, but don't increase the moves you've already increased. It has a lot of power already.

Hurm....
I'm waiting for a few more anims, pluss I gotta make one or two more of my own. :l

If I can get things straightened out and working properly. I guess you can expect kakashi to be finished sometime this month XD

I wouldn't really consider either of those overpowered.

The Enslaved Lucas might even be a little underpowered, since he's lost all of his insanely powerful moves and didn't gain any real new ones.

Spectral Luigi, while maybe a little higher tier than regular Luigi, still isn't overpowered.

The smbz Mario moveset has potential to be OP, but the OP version is WAY TOO F*CKING OVER POWERED
