It appears in a couple of different stages:
Turns blue and black in halberd
Red and yellow in smashville
Orange and green in castle siege
And turns darker or lighter when he kills someone

To be honest, I really don't want to. XD
The best advice I can give is to re-import the DAE using the latest BrawlBox (and I mean, the latest) and see what happens. It should fix your material problems.
If not, I would suggest looking through Marth's PSA file and look for events in the GFX tab that call up a Flash effect and remove them.

Nope. Apple software doesnt support any type of hacking besides portrait and texture replacing. And really?  wow ur a really nice friend! i really owe u one....so u can request any recolors or texture revamps to me anytime!  |

Well don't play as Rundas vs. Rundas
Problem solved. 
It may have something to do with filesizes. I'm not too sure.
Thanks for testing, guys. I'm gonna take a little break from Rundas for a little bit and try to get something else working.

you should ask for some help fixing Rundas i bet ppl will help since the hard part rigging os already done xD |

Your missing some textures... I just looked at all of them and some were missing... Others didint belong...
For example your missing the red outline... |
