I've been using 3dsmax for a week now, I've learn how to vertex and stuff using the Vish vertex method {How to do the new vertex method without DasDonkey Vertex Box (+ Without Patching)} but when it comes to ike's hair it's very hard and confusing. When I edit Link's hair it normal and exactly how it is in game but when I edit Ike's it's all squares and rectangles when they are supposed to look like spikes (I can't preview them right :s)
Can someone help me.

I saw BeyondYou edit Crono's hair and it looked simple

    Beyonds model looked like yours when he started...

    The thing is, everything that is transparent on the texture will show up black in 3dsmax (Look at his left sleeve... does it there too).
    Beyond probably altered the texture so that there was no transparent areas, just the hair.

    Thanks for your help, I always thought there was a way to change the transparency from black to alpha.
    Thanks a lot, I will now change the texture of the hair Cheesy
