I don't know crap about programming, but I assume you could make an auto tit adder by editing vertexes near the bone near the chest or the shoulders to go to the axis the character is facing.
But then again, the f*** do I know?

I'll assume no.
Windows is mainstream, and Windows 8 is an updated Windows 7, so I'm assuming it'll be completely broken and have a terrible layout that's incompatible with current .NET programs.

...I mean just look at Youtube, it's mainstream and updated as well

it should work on 8, its just 7 with a different layout and free anti virus
