    I have a question. How would someone go about doing face morphs for different expressions on imported models? Not actually modeling the different faces, but how would one go about getting them showing up properly and at the right times in game.

    <.< Most .mdl0s have special bones for each expression, so I assume that must be part of it.

    Make each face a separate object first.
    1. Add a control bone to the bone tree somewhere (like you said)
    2. Link an object to that bone from the "ManipulationBone" dropdown (this is only in v0.65)
    3. Edit a .vis0 to show/hide that control bone. (like Tabuu and Pikazz said)

    about sandbag with mariocap (need a nickname to it lol)
    tried to fix his hat by playing with materials. same result for everything I did...
    except one time, it has small small red dots around here his cap was O_o
    they are most visible in result screen

    but dont know if it was his eyes either cause it was invisible on every test I did

    RTB, when the Brawlbox is officially released, would you mind providing a tutorial for your whole rigging to a pre-existing characters bones? Primarily the scaling of bones.
