Your post got kind of buried under the donation considerations, so I'll reply here.

Taken care of. As planned by the rules, the sanction was transferred to his second account, and I sent him a PM explaining all that. Next step if he tries it again will be a rather long ban.

Now, on a related note, shouldn't we add the Stage Switcher to the Ressources page ?
That way people won't try to re-upload it ...

As for the "no .pcs report", I would like to remind everyone that they can make their own .pcs files from .pac files using BrawlBox.  I hope to see no more reports like the one I just fixed.
