Aside from this, you're supposed to post new download links in the Brawlvault community support thread. Not re-upload them yourself, especially without credit.

I'm having trouble with Brawl Vault. Whenever I try to report a mod, it says, "You are not allowed to report mods!"

You lost your reporting rights a long time ago because you were making terrible reports.

This user uploaded this and claimed it as his own and no credit was given at all. And the .rel file isn't even in the user's upload.

Oh. Sorry. I did download both uploads and compared them. The PSA file in the upload in question is exactly the same as the PSA file in the other upload. And the questioned upload failed by not adding in the .rel file.
