Like I reported it, REL ports are not allowed on the Vault.

EDIT : Not only that, He didn't even credited the dudes who created the Sonic REL file. D'OH!

Well, I think so, though I may be in a mistake. When I opened the files, there was a .rel port and everything whose files is Sonic's being here to replace Olimar's. When the rules got updated, I was told to delete my ''Sailor Senshi over Diddy'' hack, because it was a Peach over Diddy REL port, and that it wasn't allowed anymore... so I guess it might be straight, but I might be wrong, though. (I saw a lot of hacks like this one getting deleted by the staff)

It is indeed a straight up REL port.
Also, this exists, so there isn't any need to have the REL file in the download.
