Alright, I've removed the invalid reports and correctly reported his submission. Apologies and stuff. The mods/admins will deal with the punishment, if there is one. |

Alright, I compared the models and textures of both hacks. I can't delete his Shadow re-texture because he did make changes to the texture files, and permission to make recolors is not needed, as stated in the Brawl Vault rules. Ok I inspected the model a bit further and he did make one change to it. He changed the FitSonicHead to be so Sonic's head is Yellow and the Master Emerald Sprite is lazily pasted onto his hand. Besides that however it's just this Classic Sonic Model http://forums.kc-mm.com/Gallery/BrawlView.php?Number=26365 but with no credits to the guys who made it along with not even mentioning them which in a way can be seen as stealing (there was one guy who took my 06 Sonic Model and just changed one texture and claimed it as his own until I caught him and we got him to collab me. That version is gone now however and I don't remember if it was that I removed it or if he removed it). I guess you can see my Report as a Half Valid Report if you feel like the part of it being Stolen should've just been "Collab/Credit the people who actually made the model" instead. |
