Actually, no he doesn't. :P Upload / report rights were built into the existing forum right system --- which unfortunately is admin only. Not quite sure how to add it yet.

Gimme a link to the hack that was reported (or well, just to his profile) and I can do something.

I can remove the report, but I can't do anything about his rights.

I just been checking the Legend of Zelda section of music and most of the previews are taken down what should we do about this problem and yes i did report some of them
