It might be one of those weird "reporting bots" that just keep reporting the most random things with the default report message. Remember there have been cases like this before.
It's possible "Report Bot"? |

General spam bots attempt to click links (and even javascript popups) to log in and post on a site. If they have an account already... it would be very likely that one could accidentally report via that same method (using the default text). I'll see if I can throw in a default-text check later today. |

What happens is sometimes an image hosting site will replace a dead picture with a random one. I know because this has happened before, and I've had It happen to me too. |
