Well, what's done is done.  The pack has been removed and I sent out a PM of modest length explaining that plagiarism is (drum-roll please) bad and not allowed on the Vault.

Of course, he could just do this again later but for now the problem is dealt with.

Thundaga, i approve stuff daily. (though i wasn't able to yesterday) and i'm sure Segtendo and Victory check often as well. Just wait a bit, we aren't on 24/7 :P

No, there is nothing wrong with posting links to unapproved hacks. Unless there's, like, a huge virus inside, or some illegal drugs tucked in a Zip file, stuff like that.
