Pokemon freezes on returns

The title says it all.  It doesn't matter which pokemon trainer I pick or which pokemon I have first, I can't switch pokemon at all.  I have checked the .PAC files and the .PCS files and they seem to be fine.  But I can't find what's causing the problem

Know the following...

PCS: Compressed
PAC: Uncompressed

If the PAC file is compressed, the game will crash when it tries to read it.  Of course, this only applies to the contents in the fighter folder.

do you have imports over the pokemon trainer's pokemon?

Yes.  I have mostly vertexed pokemon models on the pokemon all except Charizard for the standard pokemon trainer.  But I check all of the compressions of the pokemon + trainer and the file size would be more or less if it was compressed or uncompressed.

EDIT:  Some error seems to pop up when I view my files as if your trying to view a bad model in BrawlBox.  It wont let me save anything on my SD card. I'll restart my computer and see what happens.

I followed the guide about this problem.  This is actually the guide I followed when my SOR Blaze character glitched.  But I decided to remove the hacks from the trainer and pokemon, but the problem still remains.  I first thought it was a code I didn't put in, but it wasn't that.  So it's something else, I just don't know what that something else is.

Edit: I figured it out, it was related to the codes I entered.  I just wish it wasn't the stage expansion codes.
