what is the best vertex hacking application

Ive seen many get thrown around which one should i use?

But it is very exspensive so unless you know anyone at Autodesk or have a few grand lying around you will have to get it illeagaly

I can guarantee about 99% of people on this forum who use 3ds max have it illegally, if not 100%.
