If anyone can help me please, I have no idea what I'm doing wrong and this has been bugging me like crazy! Im srs here

Just to be sure, the common5.pac file goes in the system folder and the info_en.pac goes in the info2 folder right? Oh an I'm using Geckom OS

Hm...maybe you named something wrong. If you're using Gecko, then you need to remove the "_en" from your info_en.pac

It should be placed in the info2 folder, named as Info.pac

TBH, I don't know if that would solve the problem, but no harm in trying it out, I guess.

Does that apply if it's all in common5.pac? if it does that may be the issue as it says 3,956 KB after extracting from common5.pac. Any ideas on how to make the size smaller?

Size of unedited sc_selcharacter.pac: 3,883 KB
Size of edited sc_selcharacter.pac: 3,956 KB

If you're using common5.pac there is no file size limit. But common5 is only for Riivolution not for Gecko. So this would mean you're using sc_selcharacter and you said it's 3,883 - 3,956 KB which is clearly over 3.79 MB. To lower the file size I would make all your CSPs in CMPR format.

Sorry but, what is CMRP format and how do I make it that format?

It's another format CSPs can use. I don't know anything about Brawl image formats but I know what pictures have to have what formats.

Anyway, CMPR is just less in size than CI8. Using it will lower your file's size. To change any pictures you already have in BrawlBox to this format, just export it, then put it back in again, but when it asks you what format you want to save it in, choose CMPR instead of CI8.
