True King Bowser PSA???

[Tasty Pumpkin Clock]

There was a really cool PSA on here before... it was called something like "True King Bowser" or something.
His neutral special was him shooting a single giant fireball.
And his Final Smash made him spawn Koopa Shells and Bob-Ombs with his taunts.
And a bunch of other stuff....

Does anybody know how to find this?
Or if anyone has this can they provide me with the files needed for it?

Mr. N's PSA? I'm pretty sure he never puts his in the vault so you'll have to thread search. I would give you a link but I'm on the phone.

EDIT : Found it. http://forums.kc-mm.com/index.php?topic=5235.0
