I will start out by saying that i have never modded / hacked a wii before and i have version a 4.3u wii. Whenever i try to install hackmii and smashstack like in: "The Complete N00B's Guide to Brawl Hacking" sticky when i get to the part were ur suppoest to select the brawl stage builder for the installer/s to run automaticly nothing happens for me, it will just sit there and not load. Ao i am not sure wat to do.

Just to make sure i will say exactly wat i did:

1. downloaded hackmii version 0.7 and smashstack (all from the links in that guide i previously refered to)
2. put my default 2g SD card i got w/ my wii in and formated it to FAT
3. put the smashstack: "private" folder and the hackmii: "boot.elf" file in my SD drive
4. turned my wii on, pressed a to that stupid warning
5. put my SD card in at the wii menu
6. ran brawl from the wii menu
7. clicked on the brawl: "Stage Builder"
8. sat and waited for something to happen like its supposed to but nothing did happen

Can someone help me?

You need to remove ALL the custom stages from the Wii's hard drive; this also applies to the ones that are created when you first start playing Brawl.

You must also make sure that the only file in the st folder is the one that's the Smash Stack exploit.
