Base Character: Toon Link.
Ok, this will be probably the hardest PSA I have tried. sense I am ten, toon link is perfect! (My grandma says that I look like toon link.)
This character will include:
PSA,
Animations,
CSPs,
and Costumes.
The only person who will be working on this is me.
NOTE: Hacks with a shield are compatible, but won't really do anything.
NOTE: The beta will be released before/on: 4/13/11
NOTE: The character's CSP is not even halfway done. it is 10% done.

Probably not. He can't get custom SFX working even when he uses riivolution. Since he can't test them, he probably won't make them. |

Word of Advice:
Don't bother making something of your own persona unless you're willing to make it 100% by yourself. I haven't even bothered making my own persona since it would be a complete waste of time and effort. It would make more sense to stick with something accesible (i.e. Just stick with Bomberman work).

No, I did not break the chain, but the poll is changed. so the chain is broken because of the new poll. so technically, I did just NOW, but not before. I didn't even know people were posting on this thread.
