Your codes seem fine to me.
When the game freezes at the strap loader its probably because you have a file that's over the limit; either a large common3.pac, info.pac, strap_en.pac will cause it to freeze at the strap loader screen.

He doesn't have a system folder and he's using the stage expansion code as well as it's custom SSS code when I attempted to help him.
