Custom CSS not working on riivolution

So I am using riivolution to loads my textures and stuff. So far everything has worked; replacing vids and sounds, in battle textures and all that jazz. I just can't get my custom CSS to work. I have the codes working properly but I'm just getting the normal character select screen but with independent pokemon. My updated common5_en.pac is in SD/brawlmods/vbrawl/system. I'm not sure if that is the correct location or not. Any help is appreciated thanks.

if your using beyond you's riivolution pack you have to take out the _en in common5_en
