confused by "brawl Character Adder" all together

I'm not going to download it; has anyone actually got this to run, 'cause it just doesn't even come close to being coherent.

Its definitely not real though. I really don't know what its even supposed to do.

Whoever has downloaded this, and especially those who have tried to run it, start a virus scan--you've been infected.  You really shouldn't need to wonder whether or not this download is safe...Just by looking at the pictures you should be able to tell that it's obviously a scam.  Whoever did this didn't even try very hard to be convincing, yet it sounds like he/she still managed to get a few of you...Please be more observant and considerate when downloading questionable things in the future.

Can't mods delete such things?
It is understandable that it slipped passed their view.

This is just my thought, but if any "Character Adder" or something similar is released, it's going to be by Phantom Wings or Dantarion.

Agreed on all points.
Hopefully a mod will see this and be encouraged to remove the entry from the vault.  It's already been reported in the vault, but so far nothing has been done about it (not sure when the report was filed).
