    Windows 7 users have to run WIIScrubber as an administrator.  Also, be sure that the Brawl ISO isn't a read-only file.

    In that case, make sure that the Brawl ISO isn't a read-only file.  Also, make sure that you also have key.bin with you.  Most WIIScrubber downloads come included with a key.bin creator.
