Well, i am doing custom looping and i want to keep the beginning parts of my music in my music only on the first part of the song before it loops but when i ever i test it, it only plays my custom loops and the beginning parts of my music gets cut off. What am i doing wrong?

You're probably not adding the beginning of the song to your selection before you use Trim (assuming you're using Goldwave).

Im not sure but heres what i'm doing: Select the whole music, paste it on to the L and R then trim the parts that are useless. And then put the custom loops on there. Think im doing it wrong. And im using Audacity. I think this is sort of like what you just said.

A few things to try:
Figure out your loop points before you split the song into L and R.
Don't cut anything out until after you've got your loop points, then just get rid of everything that comes after the end point (and anything you want to lose from the beginning).
It's hard to say without actually seeing you do it.
