I'm not sure.  One of the differences I definitely know though is that it apparently always desynchs Wifi (which is a bit of a bummer) and quite a few things were probably removed like interface hacks etc since the download's file size is about 20MB less (all the movesets are the same though).

Dude, that's, like, pretty damn awesome.

But, like, wait... the only thing that, like, really matters are the PSAs, right? Because otherwise, I'd have to, like, do an annoying amount of work to do, before I can, like, properly use it with my hacks and Riivolution... >_>

No.  His gimmick is the Metal Cap with the Side Taunt.

No. As broken as B- is, there are limits as to how broken a character would be. >_>;; This isn't MUGEN.

Also, lack of interface hacks is probably explained with the whole "lol different file name", or more accurately, "lol no giga/alloys".

Your compilation pack is as useless as your quest for approval, and I pity both.

Climaxing to a jump scare would be pretty great.

oh and, I've one question to ask,
I've heard about some ganondoken? What is it and how can I use that attack, or is it just a final smash?

The Ganondoken is Ganondorf's new projectile fireball.  When you do his Neutral B, you can release it by holding B instead of just pressing it (by holding B, you also disable the regular punching hitbox).  The fireball is slow moving and multihit but it's huge.  In 2.1 they tweaked the graphics of it so it looks badass now.

It works online, though there are some things that can cause desyncs.  Also obviously you'll both need to be running the same build and stuff.

The main matchmaking site that I know of for mods is fsmash.org

I gave Luigi the ganondoken, epic things happen when characters get things the shouldn't have. (sometimes)
