can someone explain in small words how i can remove links shield for a texture without needing a mot

I have this link texture that I want the shield removed from, maybe someone can explain it to me, or if I provide the texture someone can help me out with it

This texture has Link without his shield(s).
If you open it up in brawlbox, you can easily just replace the textures from the .pac/.pcs you have, over the ones in this .pac/.pcs.

Now the texture I would be exporting the files from has the megaton hammer weapon in place of the master sword. Would that come over aswell or would that cause problems I wonder?

That would require you to hex the vertices over to the new model.

Well if you made the hammer... getting rid of the shield should be an easy task for you.  All you have to do is shrink both of his shields so they aren't visible anymore.
