true. i think we do need to make the rules more specific... another project to do
but necroposting is defined in the spamming part of the rules. i'm more lenient with the time between (i'd allow up to 3 weeks instead of the 1 in the rules - that's just me) but something like 4 months without contributing anything to the topic is just annoying. i recently just bumped 3 people on the warnings because of necroposting in one of my old topics because one person just said "thank you" and then the other two mini-modded instead of reporting the original poster. i agree that the rules can (and should) be more clear, but at least for necroposting, common sense should play some kind of role in it, shouldnt it?

Haku-men was a pretty effective moderator. I guess it was pretty hasty to downgrade him as a Team member, so I re-put him as a mod with all my apologies. As for why he's not an admin, it's more specific, and I'll answer it later (see below).

First of all, this is a discussion of the spam issue, not personal issues with Haku.

Second of all, this is for members to post their opinions. Having an Admin demean others, just proves the fact that this is a forum run by dictators, and everyone's opinion's doesn't matter but yours, cause you are an "Admin"

Last time I checked, an Administrator is supposed to administrate things, help others out, be fair to others, and all that. Not someone who plays the friend game here and lets things slide because their "married" to them. Giving "hugs" doesn't make you a good Administrator at all. 

Another thing, all the flame wars between you and your "husbands" on the family thread. Bringing issues into the family thread about this issue, picking fights with other Admins, and siding with "family members" that is unprofessional.

This thread was made after that happened over there. Of course, you don't know better cause it's hidden inside the thousand pages of spam. So next time you call someone unprofessional, why don't you look at your own actions first.

Gosh, such an example of a staff member's abuse of his power to attempt to remove someone who he doesn't like is frightening, is it not?

I sure hope there isn't more areas that can be observed of such abuse, and hopefully they aren't revealed and brought up here.

oh, so its a minor infraction of the rules, such as 1 word spam posts, or maybe, to an extent, an admin trying to get someone banned because they don't like them.  I see now, thanks for clearing that up.
