Stage expansion, adding 3 in 1 stages?

Soo, I'm adding stages lately, but I was wondering, how can I add 3 stages in one, like shadow moses island or spear pillar?
or is that impossible?

As far as my understanding goes this cannot be done.  You can only do a sequence like that over the original stage.

every slot of the stage expansion code will only take one stage so no this cannot be done

You can use the Alternate Stage Loader code. This code makes something similar to what the multi-version stages. And you can edit the trigger buttons for the alternate versions too.
