SSBB Menu Hack

Please, anyone.  Help me.  I'm trying, and I'm trying, and I'm failing.  I need this menu:

I need this kind of menu.  Normal background, every character is shown, everything needs to be IN ORDER, and it needs a "Special" character, too.  (Alloys, Giga, Warioman).  If someone could make this for me, I would be saving SO much sleep.

PS: I have all the codes it needs, and it STILL doesn't work... what do I do?
